Before I can post about our most recent vacation I need to catch up on some posts.
The weekend of July 4th (yes, I realize I am THAT behind) we went to see Morgan's grandparents and extended family in Kansas City. It was a long over due trip and we had a GREAT time! Grandmother and Grandad had the entire family over for dinner the night we arrived and it was so great to see everyone! J.David had soo much fun watching baby Hannah and playing with the "big kid" cousins. The next day we took a tour of the Harry Truman library and his house. We love history so it was so much fun to get to do that. We ended the night with a great dinner out and a trip to Aunt Lyla's to visit.
One of our favorite parts of the trip was discovering a photo album of grandmother's from 1945! She talked us through the entire album with all their amazing stories. They had been so many places! It was def. motivation for me to get scrap booking!!
