Friday night we decided that we wanted to take J.David to his first Cardinal game! woo hoo!! Of course they had predicted rain but kept talking about how quickly it would pass so we thought..."Hey, we can do this!" ha ha ha ha ha. We went with friends of ours from church that have a baby boy a month younger than J.David, and as a group we decided that we could make it from our parking garage to the ballpark before it hit, and made a run for it. Again, ha ha ha ha. We had to stop in a bank about 1/2 way before finally making it to the field. We sat at the field enduring more rain for about an hour and then gave up. It was still rainy (last time i listen to the weather man!), getting colder, and really windy, none of which ideal baby weather! So J.David and Asher had their 1st trip to the ballpark instead of their 1st ballgame! ha ha ha. It was still fun though, we are always up for an adventure! Here are pics from our fun night.
