Friday was J. David's 2 week Dr. appointment. He is doing great! In one week he gained almost one pound jumping from 6 lb 15 oz to 7lb 12 oz. We are so proud of our little chunk!! He checked out great, but just to be safe he will be getting an ultra sound on Wednesday on his hips. They are still clicking some which could still be nothing, but Dr. Cole wants to be certain. So please keep our happy boy in your prayers that everything there is OK. Other than that he is doing great and getting more and more spoiled!! Between all the visits from family and friends and mommy and daddy wanting to love on him all the time he is very spoiled. At two weeks he has already figured out that if I cry, you hold me, and I like that! I think Morgan and I are in big trouble! Oh, and Jaxon has come back home to us from my parents' house. He is being so GREAT around the baby!! We are so lucky to have such a sweet puppy...hopefully he stays that way and doesn't start getting too jealous!
This weekend was Morgan's 26th birthday, and what a special birthday it was for him as a new daddy!! We had a birthday party for him on Sunday night and had a lot of fun. Nana, Pap-paw, grandma and grandpa Trotter (they still haven't decided that they want to be called yet), Aunt Natalie, and Great Ma-ma Rubye were all there to join in the celebration.

Congratulations on J. David's weight gain Jamie!!! I know that makes you feel good. I think it is so funny how with our babies we want the numbers on the scale to keep going up, but with ourselves we wish they would stop.
