Tuesday night was our first night home with J.David and oh what a night it was! We now refer to Tues. night as Initiation Night into parenthood. It was a basically sleepless night with a marathon of feedings and lots of crying!! We can laugh about it today since we had a much better second night and plan on an even better night tonight. We have learned to have a pregame plan before actually entering the bed time hours. So cross your fingers for us tonight!
On a more serious note we have absolutely LOVED having our baby boy home! He is still a fantastic eater, loves to be rocked, and really loves his Daddy! Morgan has such a special touch to get J.D. calm. The ironic thing about that is when I was pregnant J. David would be moving like crazy but as soon as Morgan would put his hand on my stomach the baby would stop moving. I would joke with him that he was going to be the calmer of our baby boy, and he is!! Aside from being the calming touch to J.David, Morgan has been such a blessing! Watching him be a daddy is so sweet, and he has really taken care of his healing wife. I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful family!! Me and my two boys!

Jamie and Morgan!! He is just so precious! I can't wait to see him! I love the pictures from the hospital, they are so cute!! Call me in a few days when all has settled down a little bit. I want all the details!! Love you!!
Jamie- I just got in from TN, and haven't had access to a computer the past couple days...except for a few min when I saw your facebook pics. Your son is absolutely perfect and precious! Isn't being a mom the most amazing blessing!!! I look forward to seeing more pictures of your sweet family! Love to hear from you soon! Love you!!!
